Revenues from Cape & Islands License Plate sales are used by the Cape Cod EDC for grants to non-profit organizations and towns that help to strengthen the year-round economy across Cape Cod and assist Barnstable County in achieving regional economic development goals.

You may order a Cape & Islands License Plate online or call your insurance agent and ask for Form RMV-3, then pick up your Cape Cod & License Plate at your nearest Registry of Motor Vehicles.
